- This site presents Z Lab's services for information. The descriptions, formats and turnaround times shown are not a contractual offer: only an accepted quotation binds Z Lab. The terms that apply to an order are the general terms and conditions.

- Data collected via the site's forms (name, email, phone, message, the studio and service you choose, and any files you attach) is used solely to respond to your request. Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the studio concerned.

This data, including attached files, is retained for 24 months from the last communication, then deleted.
Your data is not sold to third parties. It may be transmitted to our technical processors (hosting, email service: Resend) strictly for processing purposes, under a data processing agreement compliant with Article 28 GDPR.
Large files: if you send us a file via SwissTransfer or a similar service, you choose that service and its own terms apply. We download the file to process your request and keep it for the period stated above.
You have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise them, contact the studio concerned: info@zlab.be or info@mikemuka.be.
